The resistance to working water pressure P ¡Ý 0.6mpa;
There is no leakage of cooling water between the rubber pipe and the electrode.
Soft wire and electrode are tightened by cold extrusion on special equipment;
The test tension of 200mm2 nominal cross-sectional area is 15KN. On this basis, each increase of 100mm2 of the nominal cross-sectional area of water-cooled cable will increase the test tension value correspondingly by 5KN.
The maximum surface temperature rise (including joint) of the water-cooled cable shall not be greater than 40K.
